Cooking Fundamentals and Hospita
This course is intended for students who wish to work in the food & beverage and hospitality industries as well as other areas in the service sector in the future. Throughout the course, students will gain a basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation and learn about food hygiene and safety, recipes, food production, and dish presentation. They will also be introduced to knowledge and skills about customer service, menu design, catering service, and more.
This course introduces basic baking knowledge and skills to improve students' practical skills and self-care ability.
